Please follow the directions for the version of the software you are using. (Most likely it is version 7 or 6.)

Internet Explorer Version 7:

1. On the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
2. Select the Privacy tab.
3. Select a privacy level under Settings (Medium or Medium High is recommended).
4. Select OK.

Internet Explorer Version 6:

1. On the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
2. Select the Privacy tab.
3. Select a privacy level under Settings (Medium or Medium High is recommended).
4. Select OK.

Internet Explorer Version 5:

1. On the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
2. Select the Security tab.
3. Click the Custom Level button.
4. Under Cookies, click Enable for both options.
5. Select OK.
